COVID-19 Warehouse Pickup Process:

As cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to grow in our footprint, we want to share a change to our warehouse pickup process.  We are taking this situation very seriously as the health and well-being of our STERN Team is our highest priority.  A healthy STERN team can support your business needs.   

1. If at all possible please place your order 24 hours in advance of the proposed pick up time.  Orders can be placed by calling our customer service numbers see below:

1. Upon arriving at any of the below-designated warehouses, call their respective number, give them your company’s name and your name and they will direct you to the prescribed loading location.  If you have to exit your vehicle to prepare for loading maintain a safe not transmissible distance from our respective employee.
2. Upon completion of the loading, the document will be placed at a designated drop area to pick up.
