1. When opting in to Stern’s SMS Notifications program, you agree to receive text message updates regarding your relationship with us. These messages may include order confirmation, estimated delivery times, delivery confirmations, delays, scheduled service reminders, safety alerts, and other important account-related information.
2. Messages are sent to the mobile phone number authorized by you in the web app accessible from Stern.co then clicking the 'My Account' button located at the top right of the screen or via the Stern Oil Co Inc mobile app available from Google Play and the Apple Store. This service helps you, our customer, stay informed about deliveries and service in real time and improves communication throughout the fulfillment process.
3. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency varies based on order activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by logging into your Stern account via the web or mobile app, see Step 2 above, or by replying STOP.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or you can get help by contacting us directly: Stern Company | Contact | Stern.co.
