Requirements & Policy
Minimum Order Requirements
STERN lubricants require an order minimum of 100 gallons per product for bulk delivery service or fees may apply.
Return Policy
STERN may provide a refund for package items if the following criteria are met:
- Product is in its original condition/container including no opened packaging, product/packaging is undamaged, and the product is in saleable condition
- Product code is current
- Product was purchased within the last 60 days
- Product is a non-special order item
Products not eligible for return include but are not limited to:
- Bulk oil
- Totes of bulk oil or other chemicals
- Diesel exhaust fluid
- Distillate fuels
All return requests need to be submitted in writing within 60 days of purchase. A 15% restocking charge may apply to your order. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
